What will the weather be like in Oklahoma this weekend?
Round #2 of storms head our way on Saturday with more severe weather and heavy rainfall.
Severe weather is still on the table for Saturday.
We will see our first wave of rain and storms increasing Saturday morning. Additional storms increase that afternoon, evening and night.
We could see three waves of storms, including all modes of severe weather including tornadoes.
Weather dynamics supports tornadoes, some of which could be strong. Flooding could be an issue as well.
Highs will be in the 70s and 80s.
We start Saturday with the risk of scattered showers & storms with warm & humid conditions.
As the day progresses the severe weather threat will increase as temperatures warm up & our next storm system arrives.
Storms will be capable of not only very large hail & high winds but the threat of a strong tornado will exist.
Something, we're monitoring very closely along with the heavy rain threat from training storms.
Eventually, storms will move east Saturday night and by the time the marathon starts Sunday morning, we should be dry in the metro.
